Software Engineer
Addison, TX, Full Time Exempt
(On-site, U.S. Citizenship Required)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a software engineer to join our agile software development and system integration teams. The role involves designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable applications, with desktop and web development responsibilities. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners and Business Analysts, to refine solutions and identify software enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop scalable desktop/web applications and microservices
- Work in a DevSecOps environment and participate in agile development ceremonies
- Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and integrators
Required Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship required (due to government clearance)
- Ability to obtain DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance within 12 months
- 5+ years of software development experience with proficiency in at least two programming languages (C, C++, C#, Java, Python, Go, or Rust)
- Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CI/CD, Agile/Scrum, DevSecOps, and container orchestration
- Familiarity with Linux, cloud environments, and Atlassian tools (Jira, Bitbucket)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively
Associate Software Engineer
Addison, TX, Full Time Exempt
(On-site, U.S. Citizenship Required)
Job Summary:
As an Associate Software Engineer (ASWE), you will work with systems engineers and senior software engineers to develop, test, and manage custom software components within an agile development environment. This is an on-site position at a secure facility, and U.S. citizenship is required due to government clearance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable desktop/web applications
- Participate in agile development ceremonies (Sprint Planning, story points, retrospectives)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and refine solutions
- Work in a DevSecOps environment
Required Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship (due to government clearance)
- Ability to obtain DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance within 12 months
- 2+ years of software development experience with proficiency in at least two programming languages (C, C++, C#, Java, Python, Go, or Rust)
- Degree or imminent degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CI/CD, Agile/Scrum, DevSecOps, and containers
- Knowledge of Linux, cloud environments, and Atlassian tools (Jira, Bitbucket)
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
