Lone Star Analysis’ Rita King Recognized as Finalist for Dallas-Area HR Executive Award

Rita King, Lone Star Analysis’ director of human resources, is a finalist for DallasHR’s Human Resource Executive of the Year Award for her service to the community and professional accomplishments.

Rita King, the director of human resources for Lone Star Analysis, is a finalist for DallasHR’s Human Resource Executive of the Year Award.

This award is presented annually to an HR executive who has excelled in their role over the past 12 months and is an exemplary leader in the HR community.

King exemplifies good citizenship and work ethic supporting Lone Star and her strong professional network. Despite working in an industry where attracting top talent is difficult, King has formed a pool of high-level candidates jumping at the opportunity to work for Lone Star. Uniquely, she asks how Lone Star can help potential employees instead of the other way around.

King is an active member of the DallasHR Board of Directors. She consistently volunteers in the community for and on behalf of the nonprofit association as well as other local organizations. In addition to her volunteer work, King helps veterans find employment and has worked closely with Dallas universities over the years.

King graduated from the University Texas at Tyler with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. She arrived at Lone Star as a part-time business administrator before her role steadily increased. As Lone Star grew, she transitioned from her business role to an HR-specialist where she has thrived ever since.
