Dallas, TX (7/8/15) Lone Star, internationally recognized in business and technology decision support, modeling and simulation, and a provider of advisory services addressing highly complex client issues announces that it has been named as part of the team to support Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) who was selected for award under the Full & Open portion of the OUSD AT&L Analytical and Technical Support Services (ATSS) contract competition. The government’s announcement read:
“Systems Planning and Analysis Inc., Alexandria, Virginia (HQ0034-15-D-0018), is being awarded a fixed-price, cost-reimbursement, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to provide professional and executive-level mission support services, technical support, technical studies, and research and development projects. “
